OPEN HOUSE: H Street Land Use & Market Study

The DC Office of Planning is launching a new planning study for the H Street NE corridor and is inviting input from community members with unique insights on public space design on the corridor. The H Street Land Use and Market Study will focus on land use, public space, and economic development on H Street NE between 3rd and 15th Street NE. It will consider policies and strategies to support this unique corridor, including a public realm strategy that will create people-centered public spaces on the corridor.
