Washington, DC, September 10, 2012 — The H Street Festival is pleased to announce that it will provide a dedicated VIP space for the press and media personnel for the Festival on September 15, 2012. All interested media must email Julia Robey Christian at firstname.lastname@example.org to register for all-access press credentials.
All Access Press Passes provide access to a special VIP Media Center at the former RL Christian Library site, located at the intersection of 13th and H Street, NE. The Media Center will provide complimentary refreshments, clean restrooms and access to an internet connected computer that can be used for checking email, posting stories, etc. throughout the day.
In addition to access the VIP media center, press passes provide the following:
- access to all event sponsors, vendors, and Festival participants
- access to city officials
- access to the east-end green room (1017 H Street) and west-end (1354 H Street) green rooms with ability to interview acts performing at the Festival
Press must contact Julia Christian no later than Thursday, September 13, 2012 with the following information for each person requesting a pass:
Name, Affiliation, Title (Reporter/Photog/Videog etc), Phone(s), Email
You will receive confirmation of your request and will be instructed to check in at the former RL Christian Library site upon arrival at the Festival to receive your all access pass and additional information about the day’s activities. Any specific performer and act interview requests should also be directed to Julia Robey Christian, email@example.com.
